Dear Lovely Reader
Spring has arrived, happy equinox to those of us in the Northern Hemisphere. I love the transition between seasons, the anticipation that builds before the shift, and the unique gifts each one brings.
For me, spring is hope. It’s renewal, freshness, and the start of the astrological New Year. Many believe that spring is the “real” new year, and I resonate with that. Winter keeps us in a kind of hibernation, but spring? Spring feels like a true beginning.
What I find fascinating is that while nature moves through its cycles, we’re each navigating our own personal seasons. I talk about this often because it’s important to honor where we are, even as the world around us changes.
That said, we can also work with the outer season to support our inner one. So, I invite you to reflect: What season of life are you in? And how might you allow the energy of spring to nourish you where you are?
With spring comes a natural urge, to declutter, detox, start fresh, and dive into new ideas. But I’d like to offer a gentle reminder: Ease in. Lean into it with softness. Think of the bulbs and blossoms, they don’t rush to bloom. They take their time, and so should we. There’s no need to burn out before summer even arrives. Instead, approach this season with curiosity and wonder. Let yourself settle into it, noticing where you are and what you need.
For me, this spring carries a special significance. As I step into my TED Talk just as the season turns, it feels like a new chapter unfolding, a touch of magic in the air. When I think back on past springs, I see how each one held its own lessons and transformations.
I’d love to hear from you, how does spring feel for you this year? What memories, emotions, or inspirations does it stir? For me, simply stepping outside into my local park feels enchanting. The trees suddenly in bloom, the first bright flowers poking through, the shift in the scent of the air, it all signals life waking up again. As someone who experiences the world through my senses, I find the smell of spring particularly fascinating. It’s different from winter, and I can feel that shift settling in.

This weeks card is from Kyle Gray’s “Angels and Ancestors”oracle cards.
This week’s card perfectly aligns with the collective energy as we cross into spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. It feels as though we’ve been jolted awake from our winter slumber, and with that comes a sense of chaos, an urgency to do “everything” all at once. Ideas may be springing up out of nowhere, and you might find yourself unsure of where to start.
That’s why this week, grounding is essential. Step outside. Connect with nature. Feel the earth beneath your feet. Rather than rushing headfirst into this surge of energy, take a moment to pause. There’s a lot happening astrologically, and while this season brings excitement, lightness, and the feeling of renewal, it’s equally important to cultivate balance.
This isn’t the week to implement everything. Instead, let yourself observe, see what’s surfacing within you. Some of the ideas and inspirations that arise may not be meant to come with you; they might simply need to be acknowledged and released.
Often, we generate countless ideas, but only a few will truly take root. The magic of early spring is in creating space, to breathe, to dream, to allow new visions to emerge without the pressure of immediate action.
So, let yourself land softly in this new season. Ease in. This isn’t a time for urgency but for gentle awareness. Take it day by day, step by step, and watch as everything slowly and naturally begins to come alive.
I hope everyone has a good week ahead, do share with anyone who may enjoy this, its greatly appreciated.
All my love
